We ship all orders across Canada with Canada Post. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Most packages arrive within 3–9 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Local pickup is available in Calgary—just email mta@maketodayamazing.ca before placing your order. Please double-check your shipping details, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information. Canada Post provides up to $100 coverage for lost or damaged packages.
Because our products are handcrafted and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for standard orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and order number. We will assess your claim and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

Bath & Foot Soaks / Salt Blends: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct moisture to preserve texture and scent.
Soy Candles: Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each use, burn on a heat-safe surface, and never leave the flame unattended or near flammable materials.
Sugar Scrubs: Use within 2–3 months of opening, avoid introducing water into the jar, and seal the lid tightly after each use.
Failure to follow these care instructions may result in reduced product performance.
